What is Yogasthenics?

Yogasthenics combines the flowing sequences and mindful breathwork of Vinyasa yoga with the bodyweight strength training of calisthenics. Think graceful transitions between sun salutations and warrior poses, punctuated by squats, lunges, and push-ups. This dynamic combination offers a holistic workout that:

PMR for Deep Relaxation:
